When you start a trial we collect your organization name, country, chosen data region, and the administrator's name and work email address. When you contact us we collect the details you enter in the contact form.
This website never asks for, receives or stores your password. Passwords are set on the SuperOps secure sign-in page.
How we use it
We use signup details to create and operate your workspace and to send activation and service emails. We use contact details only to respond to your enquiry.
Where your workspace data is stored
Workspace data is stored and processed in the region you select when you sign up. Telemetry is retained for 30 days; configuration, alert history and audit records follow separate retention rules.
Access by SuperOps staff
Our staff do not have standing access to customer content. Exceptional support access requires a reason and approval, is time-limited and is recorded in an audit trail.
